And yes, there is a black bar on the bottom of the video - conveniently cropping out the "Mission Accomplished" banner right above Bush's head.
ON EDIT: 01/12/2007 @ 1600 EST: Please read the comments of this post since there is disagreement as to if this is a case of historical revisionism.
I say "yes" because I deduce that the original white house footage had the big "mission accomplished" banner along the top. Once it the scene became embarrassing, they had to grab and post footage from another source and then block out the scrolling letters.
Just my two cents.
