I'm writing this from Redding, Pennsylvannia at the 2007 US Green Party convention.
I wasn't going to be here - but after a conversation on Tuesday night about what a shame it was that the mainstream media isn't going to cover the Green Party convention, when their message is relevant to the public debate ... I decided to do something about it.
So, on Wednesday morning at 5am - I piled into a small blue Subaru with three Green Party members, and made a 10 hour drive to Reading.
This was so last-minute, I didn't even have time to do my laundry before I packed... so I'm gonna have to find a laundromat before my undies get rank.
I'm sleeping in a camp-ground about 30 minutes east of here to keep this escapade on-the-cheap.
